My Story

Hi! I'm Rosa! I'm on a personal mission to build companies that improve human health.

I co-founded & spent 7 years building Rupa Health, a marketplace for doctors to order advanced lab testing. We scaled to 200+ teammates, supported 100,000+ patients, and reached a nine-figure exit. At Rupa I led product, design and built our operational functions from zero to one.

Today, I am leading product & design at Gaia Family. I also selectively angel invest & advise ambitious founders in health.

Outside of building, I love hosting events, adventure travel & bad dad jokes. I currently split time between NYC & Boston.
